Charlotte Katzenmoyer

Charlotte Katzenmoyer has been the CEO for Capital Region Water, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania since March of 2019 providing water, wastewater and new in 2020 a stormwater program in the capital of Pennsylvania with bulk service to six surrounding municipalities. She oversees a workforce of 125 employees with an annual operating budget of $50 million; a capital budget of $50 million and a long term control plan investment of over $300 million over the next twenty years. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Public Works for theCity of Lancaster over 17 years providing water and wastewater services to ten municipalities. She graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and graduated from Lehigh University; Bethlehem, PA with Master of Science in Environmental Engineering.
